Hey there, my name is Tania and I am four weeks away from travelling to Ghana.  I am so excited and nervous for this amazing adventure!  I am leaving behind my two boys but with the support of our amazing team I think I can make it through.  What I leave behind will be missed but what I bring back will be life changing!
