In July 2009 a team of 18 somewhat crazy Ontarians will travel (14 hours in the air) to Ghana West Africa for a 30 day mission of service. This team of teens and young adults (some just young at heart) ranges in age from 15 to 51. There are 5 males and 13 females, now you understand the somewhat crazy part.
The team currently gets together once a month to build their muscles, and build their relationships with each other. They learn about Ghana and the projects they will be doing while they are there.
This is an amazing group of compassionate people, they are so enthusiastic about this mission they can hardly be contained … they are the kind of people who will change the world, one person at a time.
